I delivered an in-depth digital marketing training programme for the team at The Fifth Avenue Hotel ahead of its pre-opening, designed to equip them with the tools and insights needed to enter the highly competitive New York market. The training covered targeted hotel platforms, the effective use of calls to action, competitive set research, and a comprehensive understanding of how digital channels and websites drive visibility, engagement, and bookings. The Managing Director is also a Founding Member of my Breakfast Club, an exclusive network bringing together distinguished female leaders.
