I provide consultancy in digital marketing, strategic partnerships, competitor analysis, and experience auditing, helping brands grow presence and impact in ways that matter — positioning, narrative, and the alignment between what a brand promises and what people actually experience.
I use AI-driven insights, digital intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy and identify opportunity. A core part of my work is auditing real-world and digital experiences to understand the gap between brand vision and lived reality, and to ensure the owner’s or leadership’s vision is reflected in how customers interact with the brand.
I also run a Breakfast Club initiative that brings together senior female leaders across industries for meaningful conversation and collaboration.
Alongside this, I work with hotels and luxury brands, auditing digital strategies and customer experiences, benchmarking competitors, and delivering reports that highlight alignment gaps and opportunities. I focus on the relationship between brand promise, guest perception, and operational reality — translating findings into practical strategy that strengthens positioning and experience.
I also design brand awareness initiatives and strategic events that elevate visibility and connect organisations with the right audiences. These are built with commercial purpose and strategic clarity, not volume or vanity exposure.
